Study on comprehensive mechanical properties of bulldozing plate soil engaging surface based on the entropy-weighted grey relational analysis method

To reduce the working resistance and soil adhesion in process of tillage or engineering construction, this paper takes bulldozing plate as research object cutting angle directrix form Soil engaging surface design variables, designs 15 groups models for bin experiments. The test results show that compared with conventional circular plate, horizontal bionic 50 degrees, 55 60 degrees angles is reduced by 44.46 %, 39.74 10.32 % respectively. to front fluctuations best; each performance index parabolic relatively balanced stable. An entropy-weighted grey relational analysis method proposed quantitatively analyze sort comprehensive plates.
